(사)한국스포츠엔터테인먼트법학회(회장 장재옥/중앙대 법대 교수/전 중앙대 법학전문대학원 원장)와 중앙대학교 체육연구소, 중앙대 법학연구원이 주최하고 한국연구재단 후원으로 2013년 제 11회 국제학술대회 겸 제 43회 학술대회가 2013년 10월 26일(토) 오전 9시부터 저녁 6시까지 중앙대학교 대학원 5층 국제회의실에서 진행될 예정이다.

독일, 일본, 미국, 중국의 스포츠법 전문가들 참여, 이슈 발표 예정
한국스포츠엔터테인먼트법학회 장재옥 회장은 “이번 국제학술행사는 학교스포츠의 나아갈 방향을 찾는 법적·정책적 논의의 장이다. 학술행사에는 독일, 일본, 미국, 중국의 스포츠법 전문가들이 참여해 각국 학교스포츠의 현안 이슈를 중심으로 발표 할 예정이다. 우리 스포츠법 연구자들의 법비교·정책비교 연구에 적지 않은 도움이 되리라 생각한다.”고 대회의 취지와 의미에 대해 설명했다. 이어 장회장은 “대한민국은 런던 올림픽 5위 달성의 기쁨을 누렸고 이를 자랑스럽게 기억하고 있다. 스포츠강국으로 나아가는 기초에는 대학을 포함한 학교스포츠의 건전한 육성이 필수적”이라고 강조했다. 장 회장은 또한 “보다 많은 관련 연구자들이 참여하여 ‘학생선수의 학습권’, ‘학교스포츠 활동과 체벌’, ‘학교스포츠와 재정·마케팅’ 등의 주제에 대한 뜨거운 토론으로 학교스포츠의 튼실한 발전을 위한 법적 인프라 구축에 같이해 주기를 바란다”고 말했다.
